Hi, I’m Nadine—the co-owner and a coach at 613 Fitness, as well as a proud mom of two amazing boys. I’m deeply passionate about health, wellness, and helping others become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. I hold a degree in English and Linguistics from Carleton University, along with diplomas in Practical Nursing and Pharmacy Technology from Algonquin College.
I'm a Certified Women's Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong (GGS) and a Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach. My coaching approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a genuine desire to empower women through every stage of life.
When I’m not coaching or learning more about fitness and health, I love spending time with my family and my adorable dog. You’ll often find me reading, hiking, or just enjoying the outdoors.
Helping people reach their fitness goals isn’t just my career—it’s my passion. My mission is to guide others in building strength, confidence, and a balanced lifestyle that truly supports their well-being.

Hey, I’m Coach Andrew! I have been a member of the 613 Fitness community for nearly 12 years, and a coach for three. I am a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast. I believe everyone is capable of things they currently think are impossible. I love pushing limits, travel, and my family. I have been a high school teacher for 28 years, and I still find it enjoyable, challenging, and interesting. I think the kids help keep me young(ish). Coaching here and teaching are so rewarding. I have my CrossFit level one certification and I bring a competitive background and knowledge to my classes at 613. I love seeing people learn new things and discover abilities they never thought they had!

I'm Coach Hailey. By day, I’m a biologist at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) — by passion, I’m a lifelong fitness enthusiast. I grew up doing gymnastics, rowed varsity during my undergrad, and during my master’s, I became a certified personal trainer and discovered a love for powerlifting. After the pandemic, I decided to bring all those experiences together, which led me to functional fitness. I found my home at 613 Fitness and became a Level 1 CrossFit coach to help others discover the same strength, passion, and community that inspired me. Whether it’s gymnastics coaching or helping you crush your strength goals, I’m always happy to lend a hand. Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my dog—or curled up inside with my cat and a good book.

Hi! I’m Kirsti, a coach at 613Fitness. I’m passionate about helping people stay healthy and active in a way that supports their bodies for the long run. I love the community here because it not only encourages people's physical health, but mental and social health as well. I love coaching because it's a way for me to give back to a community that's helped me thrive. Outside of the gym, I am a practicing physiotherapist with a focus in orthopedic and sports injuries. I believe in lifelong learning and have completed my Level 1 CrossFit coaching course, as well as several sports and orthopedic related physiotherapy courses. Outside of work and the gym I enjoy hanging out with friends, family, and my cats, getting outside, and painting.
