Open Gym time for athletes to work on specific lifts or skills.

613 Partners

Our 613 Partner workouts are similar to our signature 613 Fit classes with the exception that the workouts are completed with a partner! These engaging and challenging workouts are a great way to meet members of the community and build your team work skills!

We believe whether in-season or off, it is essential for an athlete to develop his/her mobility, strength, speed and conditioning if they want to express their true athletic potential.


613 Mobility & Gymnastics

An introduction to mobility and movement drills to increase the active range of motion in all tissues of the body.

Do you have trouble performing basic movements because you lack flexibility or range of motion in your joints? Are you or your technique suffering because you cannot get into the ideal position? Are these problems holding back your performance? Are you constantly dealing with nagging little injuries as a result?

"Mobility 101" will teach you how to increase your active range of motion so you can comfortably get into those positions, increase your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

613 Throwdown

The 613 throwdown is a chance to throwdown each week with your coach's and fellow athletes alike! Expect workouts that will challenge both your skill and strength.

Our mission with 613 Kids & Teens (6-16 years) is simple: to help shape your child’s lifelong definition of health and fitness by pairing training and fun so that they will build habits to last a lifetime. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, the 613 Kids & Teens Program provides a fitness program that is safe, fun, and energetic. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of injury.

613 Engine No purchase required to enroll

Our 613 Engine classes focus on developing your aerobic power and improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. These one-hour workouts will be designed to incorporate exercise sets that will span up to 45 minutes and include exercise movements at various intensities. Workouts will be done outdoors when weather conditions permit and will include running and bodyweight exercises, such as air-squats, push-ups, and burpees. When the weather is not optimal for outdoor workouts, 613 Engine will move inside at the gym, and other exercises such as rowing and skipping will be introduced.

Appointments

On Ramp & Personal Training

Our OnRamp program is a 6-session intensive course designed to help newbies build their general fitness base, work on their mobility and gain familiarity with the movements so that they can enjoy regular classes safely and effectively. Even if you think you have perfect form on your squats, deadlifts and/or overhead presses, it’s amazing what can be fixed when you have a trained set of eyes watching you do them. Your coach will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace. Following OnRamp you may then choose to continue with private 1-on-1 training or progress into our regular 613 classes. The 613 OnRamp Program includes a 1-month Unlimited membership.
